A Kingdom for the Homeless

A Charity Treasure Quest at The Boghill Centre in aid of the Annual Christmas Dinner for the homeless and others in Clare.

Be a King /Queen, Advisor, Wizard, General, Free Man or Scout and find the treasure to save your kingdom before the other side finds it. Lots of Fun, Games, Competitions, Riddles, Music and Food.

The Cause:
Seosafin ní Bhrian cooks a Christmas meal for the homeless in Ennis each year and provides food for about a 100 families in Clare. Seosafin doesn’t only help the homeless with Christmas but works tirelessly the whole year round, often opening her own home to those in need. She relies on the generosity and donations of the public to do her charity work.

All the money collected on the day (including income from food, drinks and deposits) will go to Seosafin ní Bhrian.

Entry fee is 5 euro and is to book your place on the event.

Advance booking is essential and there are limited places.

There are a lot of opportunities to donate a bit more during the game

There will be lunch, Tea & Coffee, refreshments and Cakes

In the game are different roles to fill. Some are physical, others require you to use your brain, your political or negotiation skills and others just require some good humour and luck.

Wear comfortable clothes. Scouts might get dirty and have to be prepared to go outside (even if it rains)

Dressing up in medieval kingdom style is recommended but not compulsory though it will give you advantages!
Bring wellies and rain gear

The game will go ahead with a minimum of 30 players. If we have less than 30 people, deposits will be returned. So fill in the booking form with your telephone number.

Estimated contribution around € 20 per person -incl. food and deposit (or more if you want to of course………)
