Free Gig – David Lyttle – Jazz @ The Roadside Tavern

David Lyttle is a composer and drummer who wants to bring jazz to people who have not had a chance yet to immerse themselves in this particular and exciting American music scene. He brings along Joseph Leighton on guitar for this session.

The Independent described David Lyttle as ‘the best jazz coming out of Ireland today’. They are doing their third tour of unusual places. Their first was 18 dates of 40 that included the islands of Inishturk, Arranmore and Tory, and it was a big success. David usually plays in jazz clubs around the world so getting him on smaller venue tours is special, and they think our customers would love the music.

This is a FREE gig just for the fun of it – what else would you do in this “unusual place” on a Wednesday night in February?? There is no obligation to buy drinks. We just want you there and enjoy a night of fine jazz music. But if you want a pint, it is just €4!

20th of February from 9pm @ The Roadside Tavern
