Peace and Tranquility in the Glen for National Tree Week

During National Tree Week why not get out and acknowledge the wonderful trees on our doorstep? Fancy a tranquil walk in a beautiful wooded glen? This event takes place at The Falls Hotel on March 8th from 10am

A mindful stroll

Jackie Queally of Earthwise is offering a slow meditative journey down the Inagh glen. Behind the Falls Hotel, this river walk is iconically situated below the Falls of Ennistymon. You can enjoy listening to her nature poetry readings and guided tree meditations.  Relax and refresh yourselves to the healing sounds of her deep gong played beside the peaceful Inagh River.

Includes Lunch

Afterwards stroll back, revived, with a hearty appetite for a delicious locally sourced lunch. This will be prepared by the head chef in the historical Falls Hotel! Enjoy wonderful views of the cascades on the River Inagh as you eat.
