Cook local fish and wild food in a Leave no Trace Seaweed oven on Lahinch Beach

 Meet at Lahinch beach and learn about some of our amazing local wild plants and their preparation then learn hands on ,how to make a leave no trace seaweed oven, which we will use to cook up a feast from the local wild food along the coast to include mackerel and seafood, seaweed salads and elderflower ”champagne” A fun event for all the family ,bring sun-cream and hats and something to sit on. This is a fully immersive, locally themed sustainable food event to highlight the extraordinary wild food we have along the coast and in the hedgerows and fields, providing us with an array of nutritious, seasonal, free food.
