Cyclists are to Meet at the Moy Hill Community Garden where bikes can be picked up, and a cycling safety talk and bike checks will be done.

Participants will then cycle to Wild Kitchen along the West Clare Railway, stopping to identify and forage for wild food/seaweed. Here they will learn the historical and cultural aspects of Wild Kitchens harvests. Details of all aspects of harvesting seaweed will be discussed (how to dry and preserve it). This will be followed by lunch and some seaweed can be brought home
