The Burren Dinners Book

The Burren Dinners Book

In 2018 The Burren Food Trail secured a deal with Chef and author Trevis Gleeson and together with O’Brien Press published the Burren Dinners book in 2019.

The book was launched at the Burren Food Fayre 2019, featuring a host of Burre Food Trail members and leading figures in the Burren, sharing their personal stories an 3-course family dinner recipes.

We would like to thank Ireland’s seven Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs),  for their grant aid under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund Operational Programme 2014 -2020, co-funded by the European Union and Irish Government, that have made this publication possible.
