The Burren Dinners Book

The Burren Dinners Book

The Burren Food Trail have secured a deal with Chef and author Trevis Gleeson and together with O’Brien Press will publish the Burren Dinners book in 2019.

The book will be launched at the Burren Food Fayre 2019, featuring a host of Burre Food Trail members and leading figures in the Burren, sharing their personal stories and 3-course family dinner recipes.

We would like to thank Ireland’s seven Fisheries Local Action Groups (FLAGs),  for their grant aid under the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund Operational Programme 2014 -2020, co-funded by the European Union and Irish Government, that have made this publication possible.
