We are a micro coffee roastery, located in a secluded valley in the Burren producing speciality coffee.

We import speciality green coffee beans and hand roast the beans in small batches, a true artisan start-up. The term speciality coffee applies to high quality coffee, sourced seasonally from ethically sound micro lots around the world. We currently sell speciality coffee to high end restaurants, hotels, cafes, delis and online direct to consumers. Our range includes our own blends together with rare single origin coffee.
