Hylands Burren Hotel is located in the unspoiled and picturesque coastal village of Ballyvaughan which is on the mid point of the Wild Atlantic Way and is surrounded by the mystical Burren district of Co. Clare. The hotel is family owned and managed by the Quinn family whose ancestors have lived in the community for over a century.
As one of the oldest hotels in Ireland we are proud of our History and Heritage and we are proud of our food here at Hylands Burren Hotel, that is why when you look at our menu, you’ll see that The Burren is more that just a source of Inspiration for us – whenever possible, it’s also a source of our ingredients.
As members of the Burren Food Trail, our Head Chef and his dedicated team use the freshest of local quality produce to serve delicious meals every day and of course there the Hylands Burren Hotel’s famous home–baked scones, cakes and desserts.
We are all year and we served food all day in our bar and restaurant.
